How to Register for Classes and Workshops

• 1. Complete all required registration forms. Forms selected depend on age of student.
  One registration form per student, please.
• 2. To complete the registration form, you will need the class number, title and price of each class or workshop for which you are registering.
• 3. Payment method. The Patel Conservatory accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
• 4. Proof of age is required for students under 18.

Registration will not be complete until the registration form is completed, all applicable release and commitment forms are signed, and the tuition is paid in full. There is a yearly, required $15 registration fee that is valid from Aug. 1 – July 31. This fee does not apply to TBPAC Annual Donors.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 5 business days before the first day of class or camp.
Registering after the deadline will result in a $15 late fee.

Mandatory parent/student meet and greet with instructors (choose one):
Spring: Wed., Jan. 9, 6 p.m.
Summer: all parents and students who are new to our Summer Camp programs are required to attend a meet-and-greet session. Choose from these dates:
Sat., May 31, at 4 p.m.
Sat., June 7, at 9:30 a.m.
Sun., July 6, at 4 p.m.

Class sizes are limited. Advance registration ensures enrollment. Class fees are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, in which case tuition will be refunded in full. Schedule, instructors and prices are subject to change.
