VIRTUAL TOURSThe Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center offers 360° virtual tours of its Patel Conservatory and Carol Morsani Hall . You can take one tour or many! Virtual tours are funded in part by Visit Florida.
The Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center sits on a nine-acre site along the east bank of the Hillsborough River in downtown Tampa, and provides a wide variety of performances, concerts and events. The 300,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art complex is the largest performing arts center in the southeastern United States and the No. 1 arts organization in Florida. More than 700,000 people a year visit TBPAC, which is a keystone of downtown Tampa's arts and entertainment district. Features include four separate theaters (each with its own lobby and dressing rooms), a rehearsal hall, a restaurant and a retail store. The loading dock area can accomodate four full-sized tractor trailers at one time. The performance spaces in the complex easily handle major musical, dance, opera, theatrical and television productions, as well as awards programs, graduations, pageants, conventions, meetings, weddings and receptions. Each hall is equipped with audio, lighting and backstage equipment to serve general performance needs. All halls are fully accessible to patrons with disabilities. Infra-red listening devices for the hearing impaired are avilable in Carol Morsani Hall, Louise Lykes Ferguson Hall and the Robert and Lorena Jaeb Theater. The Patel Conservatory, a 45,000-square-foot addition to the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center, connects to TBPAC's complex on the north side of the property. In addition to the six venues at TBPAC, The Conservatory has its own TECO Energy Foundation Theater.
