 Awarded “Outstanding School” at the 2011 New York finals of Youth America Grand Prix, Next Generation Ballet (NGB), directed by Peter Stark, is a stepping stone for great talent. The Patel Conservatory, official school of NGB, is part of one of America’s largest performing arts centers, the David A. Straz, Jr. Center for the Performing Arts in Tampa, Fla.
The five-week NGB Summer Intensive program features more than 30 hours of instruction per week. Planned recreational activities are offered.
Students are provided with individual attention, a dormitory within walking distance and a comprehensive meal plan. The Summer Intensive culminates with a performance in a world-class theater at the Straz Center. Advanced students may also audition for new artist positions with NGB.
