Auditions: May 21, 23, 24, June 6, August 16, 22, 23, 24
Rehearsals are every Tuesday unless otherwise noted:
Intermezzo Orchestra 5:00-6:30, Patel Conservatory Chamber Orchestra 7:00-9:00.
July 19: PCYO Open House in TECO Theatre (6:00-8:00 pm)
Aug 30: Reception/orientation for Intermezzo Orch and Patel Conservatory Chamber Orchestra (6:00-6:45)
rehearsal for Intermezzo Orchestra (6:45-8:00 pm in room 207)
rehearsal for PCCO (6:45-8:30 pm in TECO)
Sept 6: rehearsals begin: Intermezzo Orchestra (5:00-6:30 pm),
Patel Conservatory Chamber Orchestra (7:00-9:00 pm)
Sept 20: seating auditions for all orchestras, including auditions for string quartets, and ensembles
Oct 16: The President’s Own Marine Band performance (3:00 pm), Morsani Hall (ticket included in tuition)
Workshop with the Marine Band to follow concert (tentative)
Nov 28: (MONDAY) DRESS REHEARSAL in Ferguson Hall using this schedule:
5:00-6:30 Intermezzo on stage
7:00-9:00 PCCO on stage
Nov 29: regular rehearsals for all ensembles
Dec 4: Concert for all groups, 2:30 pm, Ferguson Hall (call times TBA, expect noon)

Jan 10: regular rehearsals resume for all ensembles

March 13: NO REHEARSALS (Spring Break)
March 24: Musical Explorations Saturday for PCCO and Intermezzo (10 am – 1 pm): informal concert 12:00
April 5: Pink Martini performance (7:30 pm), Morsani Hall (ticket included in tuition)

May 22: dress rehearsal for Spotlight Awards (7:00 pm) with Intermezzo and PCCO, Ferguson Hall
May 23: Spotlight Awards performance, 7:00 pm, Ferguson Hall
Patel Conservatory Ticket Policy:
• All Patel Conservatory events now have an exclusive Member-only purchasing time period. Become a Straz Center Member and support the Patel Conservatory! Your membership can begin today with your first payment of only $10! For information on how to become a Member and the many benefits and payment plans available, please call 813-222-1036 or visit strazcenter.org.
• For ticket purchases via the phone or ticket office, service charges are waived for current annual Straz members at the $400 level and higher, although special handling fees may apply to some shows. Service charges for online transactions apply to all members.
• Limit 5 tickets per household. There is no maximum for free, non-ticketed events.
• Buy early and save! All Patel Conservatory performances and showcases have a discounted advance price available. Prices for all Conservatory shows will go up within two weeks of the performance date.
• Patel Conservatory students may purchase one rush ticket for 50% off the price on the day they purchase their ticket. Students must show a valid Patel Conservatory ID to receive this discount. This discount cannot be combined with any other special offer.
• To secure tickets with discounts, you MUST visit the Ticket Office in person and show your student ID.
• Ticket price does not include applicable service charges.

• Pursuant to s.817.36, Florida Statutes, no Straz Center ticket may be offered or resold for more than $1 over the face value of the ticket.
