Creative Drama  :  School-Year

Creative Drama

This year-long class curriculum progresses from Storytelling to Making Plays. In the fall session (Storytelling) students enjoy activities that include the visual arts and music to interpret classic stories. Age specific group interaction skills are integrated into each class to encourage healthy social development. In the spring session (Making Plays) students expand on the first semester exploration of the dramatic elements of stories as they are guided in the use of life experience and imagination to create their own dramatic scenes and plays.
